From Blandford to Shillingstone and back, along the trailway and past Stourpaine, crossing the junction of the Wessex Ridgeway and St Edwards Way, with a coffee and cake stop at the station below Hambledon Hill. Historically, pilgrim followers of Edward would walk a 30 mile route from Wareham Priory to Shaftesbury Abbey after the body of their boy King was moved there in 979, the ancient route was re-established and signposted for walkers in 2020.
