The fish have spawned in the pond with a lot of thrashing about which attracted the cats attention. The white blobs in the pictures are the eggs which will hatch in a couple of days. Swallows are flying in and out of the stable catching flies
, they must be nesting elsewhere. The grass in the paddock is going a bit crispy, the donkeys are leaning over the fence to eat the hedgerow, another hot day with the promise of rain soon.
